As the founder of Blue Tree Advisors and creator of the Radiance Framework, Nathalie brings together diverse schools of thought, personal experience, and extensive training, spanning psychology, systems thinking, and timeless wisdom, to help leaders translate inner alignment into consistent performance and sustainable impact.
